Made-to-order items are produced individually and are non-returnable, except in case of a production defect.

Changes are possible shortly after ordering, before production begins.

Each BOUISÉ piece is created individually after your order is placed. We do not produce in standard sizing, as every garment is crafted using your personal measurements.

Final garment measurements may include design-specific ease and construction allowance to achieve the intended fit and silhouette.

Once your order is confirmed, production begins in our atelier. Each item is made specifically for you, ensuring a considered and individual fit.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a production defect.
